A chiller holds product at +2°C to +8°C for display and short-term storage; a freezer runs at −18°C or below for frozen goods. Chillers suit drinks, deli and fresh produce; freezers suit ice cream, meat and frozen stock.
Size on your peak stock volume, not your average. As a rule of thumb, allow roughly 1m³ of usable space per 150kg of boxed product, plus clearance for airflow and shelving. Send us your floor plan and stock list and we'll spec it for you.
Yes. Our commercial units are built for climate class 4 (up to 30°C / 55% RH) as standard, with high-ambient (class 5) options for hot kitchens and unconditioned spaces. Each product's spec sheet lists its rated range.
Modular cold rooms are built to your dimensions, and many display and counter units offer custom widths, finishes and branding on trade orders. Talk to us early — custom builds carry a 4–6 week lead time.
Yes. Approved foodservice operators, retailers and resellers get tiered volume pricing and net-30 trade accounts. Apply through our Trade page or request a quote.
Trade pricing starts from 2 units of the same SKU, with deeper discounts at higher volumes. Multi-unit venue fit-outs are quoted individually.
We return a formal PDF quote within one business day during the week. Complex multi-unit kit-outs may take a little longer.
Yes — we ship Australia-wide from our Victorian warehouse. Lead times run 1–7 working days depending on your region, and freight is quoted up front before dispatch.
Our certified install covers placement and levelling, plumbing for ice makers, gas-charge top-up, door alignment, a full temperature pull-down test, and removal of all packaging.
Absolutely. If you'd rather use your own carrier we'll have your order packed and ready for pickup — just let us know at the quote stage.

Damage from incorrect third-party installation, voltage spikes without surge protection, cosmetic wear after delivery, blocked condensers from lack of cleaning, and use outside the rated ambient range.

Yes — fast-moving parts ship same-day from our Victorian warehouse. Quote your model and serial number and we'll confirm availability.
Clean the condenser at least every 3 months — monthly in dusty or high-traffic kitchens. A clogged condenser is the single most common cause of poor cooling and high running costs.
Usually airflow: a dirty condenser, blocked vents, failing door seals, or ambient temperature above the rated range. Check those first; if it persists, log a service request.
Yes, but move it upright, let it stand 24 hours before powering on so the compressor oil resettles, and re-level on site. For built-in or plumbed units we recommend a technician.
